Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to shop with confidence at The Soap Lab.

If you’re not completely happy with your order, you may return eligible items within 14 days of your order date for a refund or store credit, in line with UK consumer regulations.

Eligible Returns

Items must be returned within 21 days of ordering
Products should be unused and in their original packaging where possible
For hygiene and safety reasons, used personal care products may not be eligible for resale, but we assess returns fairly and reasonably
Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items are always eligible for a refund or replacement

Refunds & Store Credit

Once your return is received and inspected:

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method
Alternatively, you may choose store credit if preferred

Return Postage

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect
In cases of damaged or incorrect items, return postage will be covered by us
